You can conveniently shop around the PWEL store, take a look at our partner page; ‘Everblue‘ as well as looking on our ‘Products‘ page. On this page we provide information on our shop items and our bespoke equipment all of which can be ordered. Our larger items, those that aren’t listed in the shop need to be ordered via email. You can email your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will then be in touch to discuss specifics to ensure you are getting the correct equipment in line with your requirements.
How to place an order
After you have found a product you like in the shop you can purchase your order by first selecting the required quantity and then by clicking on ‘add to basket’. This will be immediately added to your basket, which you can review and proceed to checkout or continue to browse for more products.
Once you have finished and wish to purchase the contents of your basket, either return to your basket using the quick link icon at the top of the page or by clicking on ‘checkout’.
Our products listed in the products and designs page, are also available for order. These types of products are bespoke and are tailored to suit your requirements. Therefore to place an order you will need to email email@example.com where we will then discuss your requirements.
How to pay for your order
You can pay for your order in three ways:
- Paying by credit / debit card (online orders only)
- Paying by PayPal (online orders only)
- Paying by cheque, BACS or bank transfer (orders via different routes not incl. online)
If you are using your card, we accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron and American Express. We have partnered with PayPal to ensure that your transactions are processed securely and reliably. You will temporarily be directed to PayPal’s site to complete your payment details and then redirected back to pwel.eu to finish the transaction.
If you are paying directly through PayPal, you will need to login to your account when directed via our website and check your details before continuing with the transaction.
If you hold an account with us and have ordered one of our bespoke products from the ‘Products‘ page, you will be sent an invoice which is payable within 30 days net from the invoice date. If you are not an account holder than a proforma invoice will be issued, which is due for payment as soon as the invoice has been received, (no goods will be sent until full payment has been received). Payment can be paid either as a BACS payment, by cheque or a bank transfer.
Creating a new account
To create a new account you can do this either before or whilst making a purchase. To do this before you need to click on the ‘My Account’ or ‘Login or Register’ link at the top of every page and click the ‘Register’ button. Fill in all the mandatory fields such as name, address, email, required password and billing information. Click continue when all details are completed, and you will now be a registered customer of pwel.eu.
Login to existing account
If you wish to login to an existing customer account, click on the ‘My Account’ or ‘login or Register’ link at the top of every page, enter your email address and password and click the ‘Login’ button.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the ‘My Account’ link at the top of every page, click on ‘Forgot your Password’, enter your email address and click the ‘Continue’ button. An automated email will then be sent to the email address you have provided with details of how you can re-set your password.
View previous orders
You can review and check the status of any order that you have placed. To do this click on ‘Orders’ found at the bottom of every page.
Modify personal information
Once logged in this option allows you to amend and add any personal information you have held on the system.
Manage shipping addresses
You can have multiple shipping addresses logged against your account, here you can add, delete or alter addresses. During the purchase process you will then be able to select one of the many available shipping addresses, for simplicity you will automatically be allocated a default shipping address, so please make sure this is checked prior to completing the purchase.
To get in touch, click on the ‘Contact Us’ link at the top of every page. On here we have a contact us form for your convenience or you can email us directly. Please tell us your name, company name and details of enquiry. Please be as thorough as possible to ensure we understand your full requirements to reduce any unwanted delays.
